STERLING, USA & TILBURG, THE NETHERLANDS: Reverb Networks, the pioneer in Self-Optimizing Network systems, and Tulinx, the Netherlands-based experts in automatic mobile network optimization and performance management, have entered into a partnership agreement to supply and support full service optimization solutions to enhance Self-Optimizing Network systems to mobile operators.
