Interoute continues network diversity push with second fibre route into Istanbul’s thriving international business hub

LONDON, UK: Interoute, owner operator of Europe's largest cloud services platform, has announced it is working with Turkey’s innovative telecom operator Turkcell Superonline to deliver network diversity in Turkey. Acting as a gateway between the developing regions of the Middle East and Asia to Europe and the rest of the world, it is essential that the internet connection in Turkey is resilient.

Turkey has become a natural business hub for both local and international organisations, with Turkey’s output 10 per cent higher than before the economic crisis, thanks to external financing and government-backed economic incentives in recent years. Investment in the country’s network infrastructure is essential in order to accommodate this growth and ensure reliable internet connectivity.

By connecting to Interoute’s pan-European fibre optic network, Turkcell Superonline can meet demand from the growing economy, and provide local and international businesses with access to high quality voice and data services. The partnership will provide Turkcell Superonline with dedicated bandwidth.
